Taken in Albany, Oregon this is a combination of thirteen different exposures ranging from 1/2000 of a second all the way up to 2 seconds. There were forest fires in the area so the images all have a slight halo to them, which is more pronounced in the longer exposures leading to an effect that greatly resembles an eye.
